Year 7 | Bucket Hats

To uphold our commitment to the Sun Smart Policy at Nazareth, we are introducing Reversible Bucket Hats as part of the student uniform.

Starting in Term 1, the Bucket Hat will be compulsory for all Year 7 students to wear during outdoor activities, breaks, and lessons. Year 7 families have a grace period until the end of Week 2, Term 1 (Friday 7 February) to purchase the hat. 

This Humanitix link provides a payment method for priority orders for Year 7 students. Hats purchased via Humanitix will be distributed (next day) to Year 7 students at school on campus.

All hats are black with the Nazareth logo on the front and feature a reversible design showcasing the house colour and logo on the inside. Please ensure you order your child's correct house design. You will be able to select your hat size under 'ticket info' once you input your information and move through the checkout. Please view the information below for how to determine your hat size.

From Week 3, the Bucket Hats will be available as a stocked item in the Uniform Shop. From this time, they will be able to be purchased by any student.

Looking ahead, from Term 4 2025, the Bucket Hat will become compulsory for all Middle Years (Years 7–10) students during outdoor activities, breaks, and lessons. It will remain an optional addition to the uniform for students in R–6 and Years 11 & 12.
