Event description

The end of January marks the transition from Dragon energy into the Year of the Serpent - in the wisdom of the Chinese Zodiac and is aligned to renewal, transformation and spiritual growth.
If you know me, have worked with me or have followed my work with The Wayward Path, Drakaina Medousa and now Sanctum of the Rose you will know just how important Serpent energy is to me, my path and practices, it flows through all that I do, it is present in my devotionals with Medousa, Hekate, Persephone and the Egyptian Cobra goddesses, through my services as transitional guide, mentor, priestess, witch and death walker.

Serpent energies support navigation of transitions, cycles, phases and seasons and are deeply connected to the divine feminine energies in nearly every culture in the world, existing since times of primordial creation, the snake is so often associated with shedding and rebirth but is also linked energetic activation (Kundalini), sensuality and fertility. this potent life force energy is part of my every day and now this year we have the opportunity to see it playing out within community and the wider landscape of the world.

I am offering a rare opportunity to sit in Serpent Ceremony with me as we prepare for the year of the Serpent to unfold, I am not currently offering my regular monthly in-person workshops this year but this is a very special occasion and so I am extending the invitation to 13 magickal folk who are feeling called to sit in ceremonial space with me on 25th January as we honour the potency of serpent energies, serpent guides, deities, elementals and the serpent life force energy within all of us.

Through ceremony, movement, sound, song, journeying and breath we will embrace the sacred serpent together.

This full days serpent circle immersion is taking place at the lovely Chillingham Community Association gardens in the Northern Rivers where we have access to nature and also the lovely creek.
