Yellow Springs Day Retreat

Take a day to slow down, step away from your normal routine, and reconnect with yourself alongside a group of women in their 20s and 30s.

This retreat is centered around connection, confidence, creativity, and playfulness. Through yoga, guided journaling, a creative art project, time in nature, and meaningful conversations, you'll have space to reflect on where you are, who you're becoming, and what it looks like to live more like your most confident self!!!

You don't need to have ever done yoga, be artistic, or have any experience with journaling. Show up exactly as you are!!

Your ticket includes a fun yoga session, guided journaling experience, all art supplies, lunch, snacks and drinks throughout the day, and a guided hike. We'll wrap up with time to explore Yellow Springs, and anyone who wants to keep the day going is welcome to join us for an optional group dinner afterward.
