Ever wondered what happens to your waste after it leaves your bin? Join the LSC Waste Team for a unique Landfill and Resource Recovery Centre tour as part of National Recycling Week.

Meeting Point: Yeppoon Town Hall, 25 Normanby St, Yeppoon
This guided mini bus tour will give you a first-hand look at how waste is managed, sorted, and recycled in our region. It’s a fascinating experience for anyone curious about sustainability and waste management.

Open to all members of the public
Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult
Closed-in shoes required
Participants remain in the vehicle for the duration of the tour
