Let me take you on a 2 hour journey with the SPIRIT BREATHWORK & SOUND HEALING A very unique and special experience as you can drop into your own experience with the assistance of our (Silent Headset Ear Phones) that will cancel out any other sounds around you! This will create a space where you can fully let go and feel safe in your own experience.

SPIRIT BREATHWORK - Spirit Breathwork is more than an exercise of breathing correctly or with intent. This Holotropic breathing technique is a tool for major transformation and healing. Spirit Breathwork encompasses a broad range of whole-being therapeutic practices and exercises used to relieve mental, physical, and/or emotional tension. Let's find out how it can benefit your mind, body, and spirit! We guide a Safe, self empowering Breathing journey for up to 90min, and as you breathe we will teach you tools to self navigate so you can embody the fact that you are your own Healer.

Sound healing is the practice of using sound vibrations to promote healing and relaxation in the body and mind. I create different environments by looping and layering sound. A variety of ancient world Instruments are used like Native American Flutes, Didgeridoos, Nepalese singing bowls, Rav drum, guitar, nature sounds, and also a range of Taonga Puoro, traditional Maori instruments. Be guided into a deep body relaxing meditation. As you drop into your body and breath, enjoy being bathed by a selection of sacred sounds taking you on a journey deep into oneself.
