Join Sara to explore the relationship between creativity and spirituality and re-align with your true authentic, free and spontaneous expression in moment to moment being and living.

This is an open, conversational and explorative workshop, to facilitate a deeper embodiment of what we truly are.

This is a journey beyond the limits of the personal self, where creation ex nihilo (out of nothingness) is a tool to re-align with a way of being from the truth of you. This is how untouched effortless expression comes through in day-to-day life.

Sara has enjoyed several creative processes and projects for her whole life. Over the last 3 years, Integral Creativity processes and Creation ex nihilo (out of nothingness) have come alive for her. This allowed her to see and experience creative expression, and the power of creativity through a whole new set of eyes.

"For me practicing and real-eye-zing the deeper layers of creativity, the depths of ones being, and ultimately reality as a whole, has brought me home. It's an incredibly powerful tool for healing, trust, courage, listening, silence, and for re-evoking the deeper sense of truth in oneself.
This is far beyond the thinking, rational mind.
And therefore we have to go beyond the personal.
A process of and into great humility. The creative process allows us to see reality as it is, rather than what we THINK it is. It deepens our perceptions of reality and ourselves in many profound ways. And also, it’s just fun and playful. Like life itself. One big play." - S
