As part of Third Space Improv's new "Yes, And ..." series, we welcome Mandalas + Meditation with Viktoria!

Enjoy a relaxing evening at Third Space with a glass of wine among new friends -- or old -- while learning how to paint with dots as well as learning the whole process of creating a dot mandala art piece.

Local artist, Viktoria Koval, provides all the painting supplies including non toxic acrylic paint. Creating with dots is a form or meditation. You will enjoy mindful focus as you create your own piece on a canvas panel. Mandalas, meaning “circles” in Sanskrit, are sacred symbols that are used for meditation, prayer, healing, and art therapy for both children and adults. In clinical studies mandalas have been shown to boost the immune system, reduce stress and pain, lower blood pressure, promote sleep, and ease depression.

Workshop fee: $49 with a glass of wine; $44 with a soft drink

Fee includes art supplies and a beverage. Please register in advance.
