Event description

YES& | Natural Human Connection: Embodied Renewal

* Movement, Connection, Ritual & Play
* Creative visioning for your life’s next season

The Universal Rhythm is a cycle we are bound to. Even though we may resist it.
Our projects and ventures, relationships and acquisitions move through seasons.
Just as all else does.

Our bodies remember.
Our in-sight can reveal so much.
Our hearts are seeking to unfurl.
Our true selves, to be seen.

Join this 3 hour deep dive into the possible.
Bring a challenge, sticking point or big question from your own life and explore it with new perspective and fresh clarity.

Ages 16+

£15/pay what you can (cash on the door)

What's involved?
We'll be taking a deep dive into a powerful group process, "Embodying the Ecocycle". As one of the most powerful parts of the January workshop, this process is now being given more space to allow for more time and space to connect to deeper insight.

Please bring:
Clothes you can move in (layers to stay warm)
Water
A journal
A blanket and some cushions for circle/meditation time
- Tea and fruit will be available in the break
