YES! I CAN: Meditate!
Most people do NOT say this as they feel they aren't able to "clear their mind".
It's true that the ultimate goal is to be able to sit for DAYS without being disturbed by anything,
but that takes YEARS to master, if you ever do at all.
Meditation allows you to go within yourself to root out answers that you already have. It also helps to reduce stress, lower blood pressure and help you to
discover calm and peace in this crazy world.
YES! I CAN: teaches you baby-steps to get into a meditative state and can be beneficial for those who already meditate or those who feel that they can't.
You CAN and we can help you get there!
This class meets on Monday at 6:30 PM. The early sessions may only run for 15-30 minutes, but later classes could last up to 2 hours! If you miss some, it's okay, even though they build on each other. Since they're "baby-steps" it's simple enough to get you caught up.
