YES (Yoga ~ Embodiment ~ Somatics)

This session brings together Tantric Hatha, embodied practices, somatic movement, and ritual and ceremony as an experimental and playful co-creation. It also weaves in yoga for social justice, and has a trauma informed/integrated approach.

Together, we will focus on cultivating an embodied mind-body awareness in the present moment. We will explore our bodies as the vehicle for awakening through meditation, accessible pranayama (breathwork) and asana (yoga poses), guided free movement and music (plus more!).

No yoga, embodiment or somatic knowledge or experience is necessary.
