Adult Sewing Program

Learn practical sewing skills in this hands-on 4 week program.

Designed for beginner to intermediate skill levels, the program will help you learn the basics or master a new technique.

Delivered by Amy from Sewing Artistry in a supportive small group environment to support individual guidance.

Amy holds a Diploma in Fashion & Textiles. She has over 15 years experience including working in the fashion industry in numerous roles and holds a training and assessment certificate. Amy is passionate about sharing her sewing knowledge and assisting others to express their creativity while learning new skills.

If you have never sewn before, it is advised that you start with a beginner project such as a cushion cover. If you have previous sewing experience and are knowledgeable and comfortable threading a sewing machine and sewing straight stitch, zig zag and back stitch, you are welcome to bring a project of your choice whether that be clothing alterations, upcycling a garment, or a small project that can be completed in the 4 weeks.
