The Yin Alchemy Series consists of 7 different workshops run by womxn for womxn. The intention is to create a space for womxn to explore, express, and connect through various mediums.

Balance and Align - a Journey through the Chakra system.

Yoga Teacher Mardi Bell will guide you through gentle movement, specific Breathing Practices (Pranayama), and Yoga Ndira (deep relaxation) focus on your body's' subtle energy centres (chakras) that regulate the physical, emotional and psychic flows of energy through your body.
The chakra system can be viewed as a map of your energy body.

Deepen your self- awareness, learn techniques to reduce stress, generate a sense of peace and tranquility, clear and purify your mind and body, experience guided meditations, visualisations, affirmations and breath work.

No prior knowledge or meditation experience necessary - beginners completely welcome!

Handouts will be provided to assist you to take these beautiful practices home.

About The Facilitator

Mardi Bell is fully qualified and has been teaching Yoga to the Central Coast community for 27years. She is a senior teacher in Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Pre and Post Natal and Restorative styles of Yoga.

Due to Covid-19 we ask that you do not attend if you are feeling un well or suffering from any symptoms. We also ask that you bring your own water bottle + yoga mat + blanket + pillow (anything that’s needed) also to adhere to social distancing requirements meaning there is a 20 person capacity in the space.
