A mini-retreat experience for your Friday night and a "full-stop" to end your week and unwind.

Yin yoga offers a meditative style of movement, an exploration of your tension in both the mind and body, as a way to restore, release and rebalance before you start your weekend. We focus on breath, restorative postures and mastering the art of simply "being" in these sessions.

Through slow, thoughtful postures, you’ll cultivate inner silence, learn effective breath control, and nurture the delicate bond between your mind and body. We begin the class with a cup of our favourite beverage; Cacao, lovingly prepared by your facilitator to enhance the rejuvenating nature of the Yin session. Known as 'the drink of the gods', Cacao not only delights your taste buds but also uplifts your spirit, promoting an even deeper sense of relaxation and connection.
