Yin and Piano: Momo Hamada and Stef Palmer
Event description
A Numinous Winter Solstice
In celebration of our current exhibition, Numinous: The Landscape Paintings of William Robinson and the onset of the winter solstice join classical pianist Momo Hamada and yoga therapist Stef Palmer for a grounding yin yoga class in Old Government House.
Momo will provide musical accompaniment on a Bechstein miniature grand piano in response to the sublime awe-inspiring landscapes as painted by William Robinson and alongside gentle, guided movement from Stef as we mark the point at which the earth begins her long, slow turn towards the light.
Please BYO yoga mat. Registrations essential.
