Join us for a blissful and unique evening of Yin & Pin, where we merge Yin Yoga & Acupuncture to deeply nourish your body, mind and spirit.

Yin Yoga is the blend of Indian yoga postures with the acupuncture channels of Traditional Chinese Medicine. We combine these slow yoga poses with the gentle (and painless) activation of specific points using Acupuncture, to access a deep opening and relaxing state.  


We call this, ‘Yin & Pin’

The flow of the session:


You will be welcomed into the beautiful sanctuary of Yukti Yoga Studio. 

Starting with a short discussion around the flow of the session and introduction of the different modalities. We’ll move through a nurturing Yin Yoga practice followed by a supportive Acupuncture combination to boost Qi (energy / lifeforce) and calm and balance your nervous system. 


Poses and points will be intentionally combined to honour our connection to Autumn, focusing on the organs of this season and element, the lungs and large intestine.  We will also share in a short conversation around how we can best support ourselves during this time and how we can work with the power of the seasons. 

Finishing with a gentle and nourishing soundbath followed by a cup of delightful local organic herbal tea. 

Jackie and Miriam welcome all into this space. No prior experience with yoga or acupuncture is needed. 

Looking forward to sharing our combined passions of breathwork, sound, yin yoga, Chinese Medicine and acupuncture in this intentionally created event.
