🌸 Yin & Pins – A Needle-Free Flow 🌸

A calming blend of Yin Yoga + gentle Acupuncture
📍 Papaya Clinic, Newtown | 🗓 Saturday 15th November | 🎟 $50 per person

Slow down. Breathe deep. Reset.

Discover a unique blend of Yin yoga and Japanese acupuncture. This workshop is your invitation to step out of the noise, pause and fall into deep rest.

Yin & Pins combines two powerful practices:

Yin Yoga with Rosie– long, supported postures that release tension, open the body, and calm the mind.
Gentle, Needle-Free Acupuncture with Louie – experience the power of gentle Japanese acupuncture to activate points on your body, support circulation, and quiet the nervous system.

Together, they create a restorative flow that leaves you feeling grounded, balanced, and renewed.

What makes Yin & Pins unique?

✨ No needles – an introduction into a unique style of Japanese acupuncture
✨ Double the restoration – yoga + acupuncture working in harmony
✨ Nervous system reset – melt away tension, stress, and fatigue
✨ Intimate group setting – held in Papaya’s beautiful Newtown space
