Join us on the Autumn Equinox, a powerful seasonal threshold, for Yin & Pins — a deeply nourishing evening designed to support your body, nervous system and inner landscape as we move into the darker, slower half of the year.

This immersive experience weaves together yin yoga, breathwork, meditation and reflection, alongside seasonal, astrological and Chinese medicine wisdom, and is complemented by the gentle yet potent support of acupuncture.

The equinox is a moment of balance — light and dark held in equal measure — making it an ideal time to pause, recalibrate, and intentionally release what is no longer needed as we transition into autumn.

What to Expect

✨ A grounding yin yoga practice to support the body’s deeper tissues and the nervous system
✨ Guided breathwork and meditation to encourage regulation, presence and inner listening
✨ Seasonal and astrological insights to help you understand and work with the current energetic landscape
✨ Acupuncture (pins) offered during the yin practice to enhance rest, circulation, and energetic balance
✨ Space for reflection and integration in a calm, supportive environment

No prior experience with yin yoga or acupuncture is required — this offering is accessible, gentle, and deeply restorative.
