YIN & PINS at Manumission Yoga Studio

YIN & PINS combines the two ancient modalities of yoga and acupuncture. Both are vehicles to bring better balance.

Together Suyin and Martine create a space to slow down, lower stress levels and dissolve physical tightness. The first part will be a Yin Yoga session followed by acupuncture, offering a sense of deep rest while quietening the mind.

Balanced Yin is essential to having healthy muscles and joints, strong immunity, mental clarity and overall vitality.
