Masterclass Info:

Our masterclass will deeply nourish and restore by focusing on the spleen, liver, and kidney organ systems, which undergo the most change during these transitional years.

We'll start with a calming guided meditation to drop you into the space and follow this with a soothing 60 minute Yin practice to clear any Qi (energy) blockages, allowing you to soften and ground yourself. Following this, experience 30 minutes of calming and supportive acupuncture which will leave you stress-free, deeply relaxed and ready to float through the rest of your day.
