Our special afternoon of Yin and Pins is designed to open and clear energy channels by moving you through nourishing long held yin yoga postures ending in a deep savasana during which an acupuncture protocol will be provided to further support your body's energetic health, enhancing immunity, vitality and overall wellbeing.
