Welcome to Yin and Pins - Spring Renewal! Join us for an afternoon of relaxation and rejuvenation as we delve into the practice of yin yoga followed by an acupuncture session to nourish your body and soul this Spring season.

Our special afternoon of Yin and Pins is designed to open and clear energy channels by moving you through nourishing long held yin yoga postures ending in a deep savasana during which an acupuncture protocol will be provided to further support your body's energetic health, enhancing immunity, vitality and overall wellbeing.

This event will take place on Sunday 3rd November 2024 in the most beautiful sanctuary of peace in Manly, Neighbourhood Yoga. Come and experience the ultimate self-care treat to help you unwind and recharge. Don't miss out on this opportunity to pamper yourself and find inner peace.

You will be in great hands with your acupuncture provided by local skilled Registered Acupuncturists:

Georgia Lloyd from Acupuncture by Georgia

and

Paul Rockliff from Rockliff Acupuncture
