Freddys (Acupuncture Collective) and SUNDAY SLOW presents:

YIN & PINS at Manumission Yoga Studio

YIN & PINS combines the two ancient modalities of yoga and acupuncture. Both are vehicles to bring better balance.

Together Suyin and Martine create a space to slow down, lower stress levels and dissolve physical tightness. The first part will be a Yin Yoga session followed by acupuncture, offering a sense of deep rest while quietening the mind.

Balanced Yin is essential to having healthy muscles and joints, strong immunity, mental clarity and overall vitality.

Welcome to our mini holiday.

Acupuncture: Martine Aharonson Looijschelder

YIN: Suyin Cavanagh

Equipment: All props provided by Manumission Yoga Studio. BYO mats welcome, and there will also be studio mats for loan. Lockers are available.
