Event description

An evening of yin yoga with a sound immersion including the drum, crystal bowls and gong, followed by a sharing circle in honour of the Spring Equinox. 

Please bring water, blanket, pillow, yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes.

Yoga mats and props are available to borrow at the studio if required. 

Find us in the studio at the back of the car park.
