Event description

A deeply relaxing evening of yin yoga with a gong bath meditation, including a sharing circle in honour of the Summer Solstice. The perfect time to nourish yourself and your connections with the seasons. 

Please bring water, blanket, pillow, yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes.

Yoga mats and props are available to borrow at the studio if required. 

Find us in the studio at the back of the car park.
