Yin and Sound Immersion: Winter Solstice

A nourishing evening involving yin yoga, a gong bath and sharing circle in honour of the Winter Solstice.

Please bring water, blanket, pillow, yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes. Yoga mats and props are available to borrow at the studio if required.
