Yin | Sound | Energy

With Abbi Ricker & Brooke Newnham

Held at Soul Song Temple of Healing Arts

You're invited to a gentle evening of Yin yoga, sound healing and Reiki in an intimate group of just 8 people.

This is a space to slow down, reconnect, and receive, through grounding movement, vibrational sound, and pure energy. You’ll be guided through nourishing Yin postures while held in a soundscape of crystal bowls, light language, toning, and energy work to help shift what’s ready to move, and land you back in your body and inner calm.

Each part of this session is designed to support your nervous system, help you release what you’ve been carrying, and bring you back to your own frequency.

No experience needed. Just come as you are.
