Join us for an immersive experience that blends the gentle practice of Yin Yoga with the healing vibrations of a Sound Bath.
This session is designed to deepen relaxation, release tension, and restore balance in body and mind.
What to Expect: 45 min Yin Yoga flow, followed by a 20 min Sound Bath for Shavasana.
🌿 Yin Yoga (45 minutes) – A slow, meditative practice where postures are held for 2 to 7 minutes, targeting deep connective tissues, joints, and fascia. This helps improve flexibility, release stored tension, and stimulate energy flow. Through mindful stillness, Yin Yoga also enhances emotional resilience and promotes inner peace.
🎶 Sound Bath (20 minutes) – As you settle into Shavasana, you will be immersed in the soothing sounds and powerful vibrations of authentic Tibetan singing bowls, these frequencies help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and guide you into Alpha brain wave state which is a deep meditative state, where healing and clarity arise.
