Yin, Sound & Massage

The ultimate self-love Sunday experience of yin yoga, sound healing, and massage! Could it get any better?! 

Bliss out to the melodies of Ali's crystal bowls, angelic vocals, chimes, flute and guitar, whilst Susan guides you through a super relaxing yin yoga sequence. 

Throughout the practice there will be 3 angles offering gentle massage to further support you on your relaxation journey. 

This evening is all about relaxing your mind, body and spirit. As with any "Yin" practice, this is an opportunity to slow down, turn inward and recharge your batteries for the week ahead.
