Based on Taoist tradition, Yin Yoga can be a powerful tool for healing.

In this practice we will weave our way through 5 element theory which associates seasons with the elements. Each element is linked to specific qualities, organs, and emotional states.

Spring works with the element of Wood. This element embodies growth, new beginnings, and the upward and outward movement of energy. Welcoming renewel, regeneration and expansion we will journey through poses held in Sound and Vibration, guided through visualisation to balance our Qi and nourish the seasons vibration.
