“We dont use the body to get into the pose, we use the pose to get into the body “Bernie Clarke

Based on Taoist tradition, Yin Yoga can be a powerful tool for healing.

In this practice we will weave our way through the seasonal transition from Summer into Autumn with poses held in Sound and Vibration, guided through visualisation to balance our Qi and prepare us for the seasonal shift.

The session will be carried by the sound and vibration of Himalayan instruments that nourish the body and quieten the mind making space for growth, clarity and healing.

Hosted by resident Hum Studio teachers, friends and holistic practitioners, Dani & Becc.
