Event description

We meet at 54 Westwood Street at 5pm and we'll pick up our props and head to Croquet Lawn beach for a YinYOGA session followed by a swim in the ocean.

If the weather is not kind we will Yin and home and then head for the ocean.

Yin is a mindful form of YOGA designed for you to feel your asanas, flow with your breath and find your silence. Ocean time after Yoga will allow us to feel energised ready for the week ahead.

Come prepared for Yoga and time in the ocean!
