YIN & VIOLIN

Rest. Resonance. Release.

As the year draws to a close and the festive season approaches, this is your invitation to pause before the busyness begins. To step away from the noise, soften into stillness and allow yourself to be supported by the healing qualities of movement, music and mindful rest.

No previous yoga experience is necessary. All levels are welcome.

Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, nourished and restored.

˚꩜｡ Spaces are limited to create an intimate and nurturing experience.
