Event description

It is essential to bring your own yoga mat, blocks, bolsters or anything that will support you in the process of 3-4 minute passive holds.

This is an offering  straight from the heart to create space mid week to indulge in an hour of stillness to rejuvenate & bring balance to all the systems of the body. Tash will lead a contemplative yin journey to reduce hypertension & to free the flow of energy. Yin is a passive & experiential process that often unlocks creativity & insights as we move from the Beta brain wave (analytical mind) into Alpha waves where we have a chance to process life & bring space to what is. Class culminates with 15 minute Yoga Nidra or Non Sleep Deep Rest. Tash has spent many years practicing & learning the traditional pathways & weaves embodied knowledge & wisdom into the journey.

Dr Huberman has given many years of research to the benefits of Non  sleep deep rest which improves cognition, creativity & elevates moods. It has been shown to improve neuroplasticty by up to 50 %. It helps to improve the fragmentation process we need in order to fall asleep. It reduces stress & anxiety. This has been apart of Tash's studies for years & the epicentre of practice.

Please reach out to Tash directly if you have any questions
