Bedtime retreats: an evening for yourself each month, to see you through the colder, darker stretch

With the deep release of a Yin practice, space to tune in each month and orient yourself through the Autumn/Winter with journalling prompts and guided rest with all the kit

This series, we have the favourites of sound-led rest, with the Tibetan & Japanese brass bells, quartz bowls, gongs chimes and more, plus extra kit like weighted blankets, sandbags, acupressure mats and new practice this season with myofascial release

1st Thursday each month, 8-9:30pm,

October to March at Empower Health Studio

Commit to some space for yourself each month, to pace your way through, and experience what happens when you get some protected, supportive time for yourself, to step outside of day-to-day demands and responsibilities

No prior experience of yoga or other practices required and you'll land into the space each month to find all the kit you'll need, already set-up, including things like weighted blankets, acupressure mats, lavender eye pillows and more (you can even come in your PJs!)

You can book yourself that precious time each month with a six-month pass at £130 for all your sessions from October to March 2027 & you regulars get great discounts on your future passes too,

Limited drop-in spaces at £25/session will be available once pass holders are all booked in,
