This week we’re slowing down and coming inward, focusing on the hips, pelvis and base of the spine — our physical foundation and a place we can reconnect with a sense of grounding and support.

Through gentle Yin shapes and conscious connected breathwork, we’ll create space to soften tension, slow the body down, reconnect with ourselves and settle the nervous system.

The practice is suitable for all levels. You don’t need to be flexible — simply come as you are.
