"Gently guiding you back to your heart” - Yin Breathwork Sound Journey with Emma

This workshop is for people who really want to experience big shifts in their lives. Combining the power of Yin Breathwork (Rebirthing) and Sound this deeply relaxing and transformational process clears energy blocks, stress, old traumas, emotional patterns, pain, limiting beliefs and more. The result is the restoration of peace, harmony and balance in your body, mind, soul and heart.

Group sessions are limited to a small number of participants to make sure that everyone feels held in a safe space and guided properly through the process.

With Yin Breathwork, we learn to surrender to our breath’s natural rhythm. Unlike some breathwork styles that can be forceful or intense, Yin Breathwork encourages a gentle, allowing approach. By focusing on gentleness and the breath’s natural flow, we can connect more deeply with our inner selves. We can clear energy and gain insights and understanding at a deeper level.

The breathing rhythm literally gently pulls you in to a deep meditative state of relaxation, an “altered state of consciousness” where the conscious mind or “Ego” loosens it’s grip and you reach deeper parts of your consciousness where the true answers lie and where energy blocks can be accessed and released.

I trained in Yin Breathwork in November 2022 with Daniel Coates “Suntara” and his wife Rosarmy Ramirez Moreno, the founders of the worldwide Yin Breathwork movement and I can honestly say it has changed my life as a whole.

Since my training I have facilitated over 100 sessions combined between 1:1 and groups. I have also had the privilege of assisting “Suntara” on his Yin Breathwork Sound Journey’s in Australia and in Bali at his 7 day Yin Breathwork Facilitator training.

Once I have guided you into the breathing rhythm and you are already well on the way to the deep meditative state. Throughout the session I will incorporate Sound Healing using a number of instruments such as Native American Flute, Medicine Drum, Crystal Bowls, Tongue Drum and Koshi Chimes.

Following her own spiritual and personal development journey over the past 8 years and healing from past traumas and bringing herself back out of a very deep dark place has allowed Emma to honour her divine feminine and reconnect to her mind, body, heart and soul which has led her on the path to mentoring other's through their healing journey’s.

Emma is trained in many modalities of which she incorporates in her sessions whether 1:1, in groups and workshops.

Emma brings a gentle and soft nature coupled with her ability to hold such beautiful safe, grounded and trauma informed space which is a credit to her and her experience in this field.
