Yin Yoga • Cacao • Sound

Deep Fascia Release & Heart Activation

The Complete Reset......

Release. Restore. Reconnect.

Step into a deeply nourishing two-hour journey designed to soften the body, quiet the mind and bring you home to yourself.

Held in the gentle warmth of an infrared-heated room, this immersive Yin experience invites you to slow down, surrender and release tension held throughout the entire body.

Through long, supported Yin postures, we’ll work deeply into the fascia, connective tissues and meridian pathways, creating space for the body to soften and energy to move more freely. We’ll also explore the energetic connection of the chakra system, bringing awareness to the subtle forces that influence our physical, emotional and energetic wellbeing.

Along the way, ceremonial cacao will be shared as a heart-opening ritual — a moment to pause, connect inward and cultivate a deeper sense of presence, warmth and connection.

As the body releases, you’ll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of sound healing, allowing the nervous system to settle into a state of deep rest and restoration.

This is more than Yin Yoga.

It is an invitation to release what you no longer need, reconnect with your body, open your heart and return to a place of stillness within.

Your 2-hour journey includes:

♡ Deep Yin Yoga & full-body fascia release

♡ Meridian & energetic body awareness

♡ Chakra balancing & connection

♡ Ceremonial cacao heart-opening ritual

♡ Sound healing & vibrational nourishment

♡ Infrared warmth to support relaxation & detoxification

♡ Nervous system down-regulation

♡ Guided meditation & deep rest

Come exactly as you are.

No experience is necessary.

Simply bring yourself, your breath and a willingness to slow down. You do not need to be fit or flexible!

Mind. Heart. Body. Soul. Self Love

A complete reset from the inside out.

What this session will look like:

A Sacred Journey to Surrender & Receive

A combination of gentle, nourishing modalities designed to help you release tension and stress, reconnect with your body and restore balance across the mind, body, heart and soul.

We begin with gentle, conscious breathwork to help you slow down, settle the nervous system and arrive fully in the present moment.

You’ll then be invited to share a beautiful cup of ceremonial cacao, lovingly prepared as a heart-opening ritual — a chance to drop deeper into the experience, connect inward and cultivate presence, connection and receptivity.

From there, we move into a deeply nourishing Yin Yoga practice, using long, supported holds to encourage the body to soften and release. Working with the fascia, meridian pathways and chakra system, we create space for greater awareness, ease and energetic flow.

Throughout the journey, the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and more will be weaved through out creating a deeply immersive experience designed to support relaxation and nourish the nervous system.

Held within the gentle warmth of an infrared-heated room, this is a space to stop doing, soften your edges and simply receive. A perfect space to loosen tightness and tension.

Whether you’ve been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, disconnected or simply know that you need some time for yourself, this experience is an invitation to fill your cup.

Give yourself permission to pause.

To breathe.

To release.

To rest.

To receive.

To nourish your body, quiet your mind and reconnect with your heart.

Come and be held in a safe, warm and nurturing space — and leave feeling deeply relaxed, restored, rejuvenated and more connected to yourself.

✨ Release • Restore • Reconnect • Receive ✨

What is Yin Yoga Cacao & Sound

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga that focuses on stillness, relaxation, and creating space in the body. Unlike more dynamic forms of yoga, Yin poses are generally held for several minutes, allowing the body to gradually soften and release.

Yin Yoga works primarily with the fascia and connective tissues of the body. Fascia is a continuous network of connective tissue that surrounds and supports our muscles, bones, organs, and other structures. Through longer, passive holds, Yin Yoga gently places stress on these deeper tissues, helping to maintain mobility, flexibility, and a healthy range of movement.

Yin Yoga also draws from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and the concept of meridians — pathways through which qi, or vital energy, is traditionally believed to flow. Yin practices often target particular areas of the body associated with different meridian pathways. While the meridian system is a traditional framework rather than a structure recognised in modern anatomy, many people find this approach useful for bringing greater awareness and intention to their practice.

Benefits of Yin Yoga

  • Supports flexibility and mobility: Longer-held poses can gently encourage greater range of motion and movement through the body's connective tissues.

  • Creates space in the body: Yin can help release areas where we commonly hold tension, particularly around the hips, pelvis, spine, shoulders, and legs.

  • Supports fascial health: Gentle, sustained loading and movement may help maintain the mobility and adaptability of connective tissues.

  • Encourages relaxation: The slow pace and emphasis on stillness can help shift attention away from constant activity and toward rest and recovery.

  • Develops mindfulness: Holding a pose for several minutes provides an opportunity to notice sensations, thoughts, and emotions without needing to immediately react to them.

  • Supports nervous-system regulation: Slow breathing, stillness, and mindful attention can promote a greater sense of calm and relaxation.

  • Connects body and breath: Yin encourages practitioners to use the breath as a tool for softening, awareness, and staying present.

  • Explores the meridian system: From a TCM perspective, Yin poses are used to stimulate and balance energy pathways associated with different organs and functions.

  • Encourages patience and inner awareness: Because Yin asks us to stay present in stillness, it can be a powerful practice for learning to slow down, listen to the body, and become comfortable with quiet.

CACAO

Cacao—particularly ceremonial cacao—is made from the beans of the cacao tree and has a long history of cultural and spiritual significance,

Cacao naturally contains magnesium, iron, antioxidants, and other plant compounds, including flavanols. Depending on the form and amount consumed, cacao may:

  • Support cardiovascular health and healthy blood flow

  • Support mood and mental alertness

  • Provide a gentle source of energy, partly due to naturally occurring compounds such as theobromine

  • Provide antioxidant compounds that help protect cells from oxidative stress

  •  Contribute nutrients such as magnesium and iron to the diet

Cacao is often described as a heart-opening plant medicine within modern ceremonial practices. Traditionally, cacao has been associated with connection, ritual, celebration, and offerings.

Intention setting — using the ritual of drinking cacao as a way to pause, reflect, and connect with personal intentions

SOUND

Sound and vibration can influence our sense of physical and emotional wellbeing.

432 Hz is a frequency that is sometimes used in meditation and sound-healingpractices. Practitioners may describe 432 Hz music as feeling grounding, calming, harmonious, or soothing.

Sound healing may help create a state of:

  • Deep relaxation and rest

  • Meditation and mindfulness

  • Slower, more conscious breathing

  • Release of perceived tension

  • A quieter, less busy mind

  • Preparation for sleep and rest

  • Emotional grounding and self-connection

Sound bowls are often used to support energy balancing, chakra practices and energetic clearing.

Sound healing is an invitation to pause, listen, breathe and reconnect with yourself through vibration and sound.

INFRARED ROOM & BENEFITS

An infrared heated room uses infrared light to gently warm the body rather than primarily heating the surrounding air, as in a traditional sauna. The warmth can feel deeply soothing and is often used for relaxation, recovery, and wellbeing.

  • Deep relaxation — The gentle heat can help the body unwind and may promote a sense of calm.

  • Muscle relaxation — Heat can help loosen tight muscles and reduce feelings of stiffness.

  • Circulation — Heat causes blood vessels to widen, temporarily increasing blood flow to the skin and muscles.

  • Stress relief — Spending quiet time in a warm environment can support relaxation and mindfulness.

  •  Sweating & skin cleansing — Heat encourages sweating, which can leave the skin feeling refreshed. Sweating itself is not a proven method of detoxifying the body; the liver and kidneys perform most detoxification.

  • Recovery & mobility — Warmth may make the body feel more supple and comfortable before or after gentle movement.

  •  Rest & sleep — Relaxation after a heat session may help some people transition into restful sleep.

  •  Cardiovascular effects — Sauna-style heat temporarily increases heart rate and changes circulation, and research suggests potential cardiovascular benefits with regular sauna use, although evidence specifically for infrared rooms is more limited.
