Description

🌸 Spring Into Balance 🌸

In the peak of Spring, Mother Nature invites us to soften, open and return to balance and harmony.

Spring is a season of renewal, growth and fertility. The seeds that were planted and resting through winter begin to awaken, shooting, blossoming and reaching towards the light. And just like nature, we too are constantly growing, changing and becoming.

This afternoon is an invitation to pause amongst the busyness of life and gently reconnect with yourself, your body, your breath and the beautiful community around you.

Come as you are and give yourself permission to slow down, breathe deeply, soften into the present moment and nourish the seeds of what is ready to bloom within you. 🌱

What to expect:

✨Cacao Ceremony

✨ Gentle breathwork and meditation

✨ Yin Yoga

✨ Gentle acoustic music

✨ A nurturing afternoon of presence, softness and connection

What to bring:
✨ Yoga Matt
✨ Favorite Mug
✨ Journal + Pen
✨ anything for extra warmth & comfort
