Yin and Sound Evening: Summer Solstice
Event description
Summer Solstice is a time of peak energy. Take some time during this busy season to turn inward and find some nourishment. The evening will include a sharing circle, yin yoga, a sound bath with gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls and other sound healing instruments and reflection on how we are experiencing this time in the ever-changing cycle. Tea and snacks will be supplied.
Please bring water, blanket, pillow, yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes. Yoga mats and props are available to borrow at the studio if required. Find us in the studio at the back of the car park.
