In this event, we will be offering a safe space for healing. An inner journey as we expand and release our 75.000 energetic lines, allowing Prana to freely flow, balancing our energy & emotional body.

The yin asanas/postures will prepare the body to receive a guided visitation/meditation while in Savasana - dropping into a theta brain wave, where everything is possible as we recognise our divine essence.

We will be held by the vibrations of resonant healing sounds in a way to feel held, supported; a gateway for us to release any stories of the mind as we are guided by the heavenly and high frequencies. A gateway for opening up our hearts as a way of meeting who we truly are.

Vanessa Garbellini

Vanessa has always been magnetised by the spirituality and mysticism. The love for the unknown was common and an urge for exploration was identified since a very young age. As a Yoga/Meditation teacher so as spiritual counsellor and energy worker, Vanessa's purpose is to guide us to reach higher realms of consciousness as we create Self Realisation followed by Self Liberation. She believes that ancient techniques/traditions are a threshold to rescue our essence, an open heart and open awareness.
