Monday morning is your invitation to slow down, become still and turn your attention inward before stepping into the week ahead.

Each week, we explore a different theme and take it with us through the practice — creating a little journey through Yin, breath and reflection. Each pose becomes a small chapter, inviting you to become curious, listen inward and connect with your heartspace.

There is nothing to achieve here. Nothing to perfect.

Please bring your yoga mat, cushion, water bottle and journal. A blanket is lovely for extra comfort.
