Yin, Mindfulness & Meditation Immersion (with Darlene, Vrndavan dasi, Naomi & Irean)

If you are new to Yin Yoga, this more passive practice cultivates an ideal environment to practice mindfulness meditation, whilst turning into our breath, noticing what’s present in the body and mind.

Our lovely Darlene, Vrndavan dasi, Naomi and Irean will share their vast combined experience with you at our upcoming Yin, Mindfulness & Meditation Immersion on Saturday 17th February.

Inclusions:
- Ancient wisdom of China and India for health and happiness
- 2 x Nourishing Yin classes
- Breathwork, mindfulness and mantra meditation
- Full body relaxation and chakra meditation
- Mantra sound healing with soothing singing bowls
- Sacred yoga chanting
- Afternoon tea and a light vegetarian dinner (vegan/gluten free option available)

Perfect for those that are looking for peace within and spiritual nourishment.

For this workshop you will need to bring:
- Yoga mat (hire available for $2)
- 2 yoga blocks
- 1 yoga strap (pants belt is fine)
- 1 bolster (two large towels are fine)
- Eye pillow (recommended if you have one)
- Cushion
- Blanket
(available for purchase at studio if necessary)

Wear warm comfortable clothes you can stretch in.
