Sink into stillness with a deeply relaxing seasonal offering combining Yin Yoga and a mini acupuncture treatment designed to calm the nervous system and ease stress.

Led by Dr. Hannah Watson (TCM), drawing on 15 years of Chinese Medicine experience, this intimate session supports unwinding and rebalancing in the tranquil setting of Lon Retreat.

Guests will enjoy a guided journey through the mineral bathing facilities, sourced from ancient limestone springs beneath the farm. This restorative experience encourages slowing down, deep breathing, and enjoying the therapeutic benefits of heat, cold, and mineral-rich waters.
