In Yin Yoga we focus on holding postures for extended periods of time, targeting the deep connective tissues, and meridians associated with Autumn, particularly the lungs and large intestine. By inviting more energy flow through these channels, you can release stagnant energy and create a space for deep emotional healing, enhancing vitality, mobility and flexibility, both physically and mentally.

After this relaxing and rejuvenating practice of Yin held by Lauren, you will get to experience the soothing power of the ancient practice of Reiki, which promotes balance and harmony. Amy is a highly skilled practitioner who will use her gentle nurturing touch, leaving you feel light and restored.

As you are held in this nurturing space you will bathe in the divine healing vibrations of the crystal sound bowls, harmonising your bodies energy with the natural elements of the season.

This nourishing event was created to rejuvenate your spirit and cultivate a deeper more profound connection to the changing energies within us and around us. Come prepared to unwind, reflect and find peace as we fall deeper into Autumn.

All equipment will be provided, as well as some warm cacao to nourish your soul. Just bring a bottle of water and wear comfortable loose fitted clothing.
