Join Sound Healing Facilitator, Elisa @yoursoulrise.co, and Yin Yoga teacher and Reiki Master, Rhi @iamrhiwihardjo for a deeply nourishing 2-hour Yin Yoga, Reiki and Sound Healing experience.

In Yin, poses are held for longer, creating space for the body to soften and open in its own time, without force. Reiki is channelled throughout to support deep rest and release, with the option for hands-on or hands-off support. Sound healing is woven through the whole experience, helping energy move, and inviting you into even deeper relaxation and rest.

During our time together, you'll experience:

A guided somatic awareness meditation to help you arrive and land
Gentle Yin Yoga poses, held for 4-6 minutes each
Reiki with essential oils (hands-on or off, you choose 🌿)
Sound healing throughout
Tea

No flexibility required and no experience needed. Just a willingness to slow down and be held for a little while.
