Rest & Restore: A Yin Yoga, Reiki and Sound healing experience by Kelli Martin and Kristi Kuttner

Join us for a deeply nourishing morning of healing and restoration. Kelli and Kristi are coming together to co-teach this special event that blends the gentle magic of Yin Yoga, the soothing touch of Reiki, and the vibrational medicine of sound healing.

We’ll begin by grounding into the space with intentional breathwork and a guided meditation to help quiet the mind and settle the nervous system. From there, we’ll drop into a restorative Yin Yoga practice—holding postures for several minutes to gently open the body, soften tension, and access the deeper layers of fascia. While you rest in each pose, Kelli and Kristi will offer hands-on Reiki to support energetic clearing, deep relaxation, and emotional release.

We’ll close the evening with a beautiful, immersive sound bath to seal in your experience. The healing vibrations of crystal bowls and other sacred instruments will help recalibrate your energy and guide you into a state of peace, clarity, and alignment.
