Event description

Yin Restorative Yoga with Melissa and Sound Healing by Natalie in the rural setting of Murrami. From 2pm to approximately 4pm you will be guided through a very gentle yoga session outside (weather permitting), no yoga experience is needed.  Followed by a nourishing warm tea and treat.  Then allowed to be held and nurtured by a Sound Healing Journey with Natalie.
