Take a gentle pause and join us for an afternoon of Yin Yoga, Crystal Bowl Sound, and Reiki—a quiet space to slow down, breathe, and simply be.
This session is thoughtfully created for every body—whether it’s your first time on the mat or you’ve practiced for years. You'll be guided through supportive poses, with soft sound and energy work to ease the body and settle the mind.
Come on your own, or bring a friend or child (ages 12+), and enjoy the calm and comfort of this welcoming space. Herbal tea will be waiting when you arrive—a quiet invitation to settle in, connect, or simply enjoy a moment to yourself before we begin.
All equipment will be provided—just come as you are, in comfortable clothes, ready to rest and receive.
