We are two girls (Bonnie and Cherie 🧡) with a heart lead desire to lead people down the beautiful path of self discovery and self love.

The environment we create in our classes and workshops is inviting, cosy, relaxing and beautiful. Our spaces are candle lit and lavender scented. We love seeing people walk into our room and start to come back to themselves almost immediately.

We are both qualified yoga teachers with a special interest in teaching the more restorative and relaxing styles of the practice. We have both completed a year long training to learn the art of using sound for optimal health and well being.

Bonnie is a qualified reiki practitioner who incorporates her gentle and soothing touch into the shavasana at the end of each of our sessions.

We host weekly Yin/Sound and Reiki classes in Claremont, Day Retreats in the Swan Valley and Yallingup and we regularly hold sessions for various corporate clients as well as in schools and universities

It is such a joy and a privilege to work with such a wide range of people. However we have discovered that everyone, no matter where we come across them, almost always wants the same thing..... To slow down, take a deep breath and give themselves the gift of their own personal attention 🧡.
