The practice can be adjusted as required, with options provided for each shape.Β

The intention for the session is to practice in the context of community. We hope to offer a space for people to tend to their nervous system and feel connected so that we may continue to step into our collective power and support each other near and far.Β

We have been curating the YIN + SOUND sessions together for over 8 years, and have experience in over 200hrs of certified yoga instructor training, in addition to trauma-informed practice training.

Entry + BF $20, with the option to donate a larger amount.

100% of the proceeds will be sent to The Olive Kids Foundation https://olivekids.org.au/

We would like to pay respect to the Wurendjeri People of the Kulin Nation who are the custodians of the unceded land we will gather at Green Monday Studio. We acknowledge the custodians of country as Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander people, and we appreciate their continuing connection to land, waters and culture.
